In using Let's Talk Bitcoin! Forums and Platform, from here on referred to as 'LTB', you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
LTB will not sell, share, or rent users personal information to any third party, or use users personal information for unsolicited notifications, messages, or email.
Unacceptable Content in Forum Posts, Blog Posts and Podcasts
LTB reserves the right to remove any content that includes guns/weapons, violence, drugs or drug use, pornography, discrimination against race, sex, religion, or ethnic group. If a user posts such content, LTB reserves the right to ban said user indefinitely.
Publicly disclosing "Magic Word"
LTB reserves the right to temporarily ban any user disclosing podcast "Magic Words", as they pertain to Proof of Participation points. If a user continues disclosing podcast "Magic Words" on LTB forums or blog posts, said user will be banned indefinitely.
Users posting spam will receive a warning with a reduction in Proof of Participation (PoP) points. In addition, should a user receive three (3) warnings for spam, said user shall be temporarily banned from the following weeks disbursement. LTB reserves the right to ban any user suspect of deliberate and continuous spamming.
Until further notice, spam or spamming is defined by the LTB Administrator and Forum Moderators on a case-by-case basis.
Users are allowed a signature line, however, the signature line shall display only one (1) advertisement, or link to a commercial site. Moderators maintain the right to add, delete, or edit users signature lines in order to eliminate spam.
Token Controlled Viewpoints - TCV (Token Societies)
While owners of TCVs will have the right to moderate their forums as they please, any owner of a TCV shall observe the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document.
LTB uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, LTB web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within LTB on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
