Hi, LTB community.

I'm Koji from Indie■(pronounced Indie Square) This is my first post here although I listen to almost every episode of LTB podcast.

Probably few of you have noticed yet, but our team recently released a mobile Counterparty wallet in both Play Store and Appstore!

Right now, it's simply called Counterwallet. Send, receive, place a buy/sell order and other basic functions are there and fully functional.

Also, we have just updated our Android app(ver 0.4.0) and iOS update will follow in a week or so.

If you haven't yet, please install it and let us know what you think. We are aware that there are still a number of bugs and the UI/UX have lots of room for improvement. So your feedback is much appreciated!

We are super excited about our project and Counterparty going mobile. We believe the true potential of Counterparty(Ticket, Loyalty program, Voting, etc...) will be unleashed by this and of course we hope LTB community will benefit from this as well.

I am also a big fan of LTB Community and LTBCoin. We can possibly collaborate with LTBCoin and tokenly in some way.

We will post more about our project beyond mobile wallet and our vision/focus on a separate page somewhere else. But for now, just install the app and enjoy Counterparty experience in mobile!!!

About us

Indie■(Indie Square) is a two-man team and my business partner,Yuta,is doing all the development currently.

We are based in Tokyo and have been working on Counterparty since last November.

Some of you have already spotted the app and us, but we officially come out of stealth mode after this update and will try to be more active in the LTB and Counterparty community as well.

More questions about our team and project? Contact us at support@indiesquare.me or wait for our upcoming press release.

    Hi @Cointea1121, awesome you're a listener.

Thanks for stopping by, although I don't really use mobile devices and thus wallets myself it's great that there are options now available in that space. If you're into collaborating with LTB or Tokenly we can definitely find some neat ways to integrate, we're working on a token-based URI that wallets can use to filter what tokens are shown and not force people to copy/paste addresses to do a transaction. It'd be great to get something like that going as a standard that all wallets can know how to handle.

Another thing you could do is integrate the LTBn directory, which would let users of your wallet send to LTB usernames (that have counterwallet or bitcoin addresses associated with them, our API communicates what kind of address they are for your wallet to filter.

Again we're doing this on a LTB scale for now but the goal is to develop these things into useful standards that can be used pervasively. That's a small taste of what we're up to, if you want to talk details or have any ideas or details you'd like to share, lets talk.

Does your app function via json-rpc with a server running counterpartyd?

@cointea1121 here's a quick look at the token payment uri @loon3 has been working on, it should be easy for you to implement this same recognition scheme into your tool - What do you think?

Thanks for the video tutorial. This seems like an interesting integration into our wallet. We will check your APIs and definitely will contact you again directly regarding this.

@loon3 Yes, you are correct. If you have any further technical questions, you can directly contact us at support@indiesquare.me

We are considering open-sourcing the code as well.

    Thanks for the comment!

Just an update. But iOS version has been updated to ver 0.4.1. The UI has been improved as well as some bug fixes.

I think a lot of people have concerns or questions about security especially, how the app is managing your private key. We are working now to improve security and make it so only you have access to your private key. We are also planning to open-source the code for those of who might be wondering.

More details to come soon and if you can leave us any feedback, we would really appreciate it!

Mobile Counterwallet has been updated to ver 0.5.2 on both iOS and Android! Client side encryption and some bug fixes.

Also, we have open sourced the client side source code. Please check it at IndieSquare's github page. https://github.com/IndieSquare/counterwallet

We are still working hard to improve the app and add some more features to support indie creators using tokens.

Let me know what you think! Any feedback is welcome.
