@eddie Isn't that what I login with? When I put that in, it created a new wallet.

seems like I need to get the private keys from the old wallet to import into the new wallet. How is this done though?

Not saying you did, but possibly logged into the test net? Also ensure you've tested multiple browsers too. I had issue with Dogeparty using Safari.

Just to be clear, this isn't the testnet, isn't related to my browser, and is not me typing in the passphrase wrong.

If you created a counterwallet before July 15, 2014 and didn't switch from the old wallets, your coins will be trapped there. I'm fairly certain this is the issue because the forums are filled with long winded talks about switching how wallets are generated / logged into.

I was initially afraid to accept the new Counterparty terms for a new wallet with my old PW as I thought this could overwrite my old wallet. However, I accepted the new terms and my tokens all appear to be in my account. The reason I was unable to see my balances on letstalkbitcoin forums I believe is related to the new verification system for addresses on letstalkbitcoin.

    a) if you have an old wallet (before May 8), you may want to prepend "old" to your pass phrase or what @eddie above said, use a more complicated procedure. b) if you have a newer wallet (after May 8) and can log in, it is most likely the case of address which got disassociated with the wallet. A workaround is to simply create more addresses until the address you used before appears again in your wallet. https://counterparty.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000008019-my-fourth-fifth-address-in-counterwallet

If you cannot log in, then it may be a) and you need to prepend "old " before your pass phrase. (It may be that you forgot your passphrase, which I hope is not the case).

If you can log in, but don't see your "old" address with a balance, then it's most likely b).

Yesterday I have tried to log in several times and I always received an internal server error.

After some hours it worked, but I found 6 new empty addresses in it, never generated by me.

this happened to me couple of days ago, but after some time it disappeared, seems just a UI glitch (at least in my case)

@eddie I logged into counterwallet to see how much ltbcoin I have and to my surprise it created a new account. The new account was of course empty. I'm using Keepass for a password manager so I don't see any changes on my end. Is there anything to do?

EDIT: Refer to the last post from me on this page. post #10

This post seems to embody the philosophy of the cesspool we call YouTube comments. Everyone saying stupid shit in the hope of getting someone to respond or give them a +1. It all seems rather desperate.

I had to create two new addresses before my old address showed up.
