I trust the review from bestvpn.com They have a section for Australia. They also have reviews of free VPNs if that is what you are looking for. I use Froot VPN along with my pay VPN. I hope this helps.

While searching for best Australia VPN I found a blog post on geek time in which Ivacy was listed as the best Australia VPN service. I read its complete features which allow me to stop data retention and also provides fast speed whether I download movies or stream live matches. Overall its subscription is remarkable.

I've actually starting using Hide.me after epicenter bitcoin mentioned them. Found them to be reasonably priced, although I would prefer a cheaper month-to-month package. Try em out, they have many locations/servers around the world. (my affiliate link):0 likes
I have played around with several VPNs like PIA, Anonymizer and hide.me, but I now use http://cryptostorm.is They are reasonably priced, they prefer payment in bitcoin and they ask for no personal information beyond an email address. The Linux setup is a bit more difficult to configure than the Windows client, but both work fine. I haven't used it on a Mac, but doubt it's much different There is a free version that you can use anytime (no 30-day trial period or anything like that), but bandwidth is limited and the only exit node you can use for free is in Paris. If you buy a token from them (or a token re-seller) you can choose from any one of their many exit nodes all over the world, and performance is perfectly fine. You have to disable IPv6 compatibility, though, since it only works via IPv4.
They also have an active forum area on their website to help people through the learning process and keep everyone safe from online spies and crooks.0 likes

I have been very happy with PIA for the last year. I use it all of the time on all of my gadgets. Easy BTC payments. They've even taken on Roger Ver in some capacity recently. I'm not an expert but they seem to score well AFAICT.
Another thing you might play with is the new Opera browser. I heard that using it gives you VPN protection. That's cool, but that is probably only for data running through the browser. I prefer an encrypted tunnel for everything.
I think everyone should should use the most crypto for even the most mundane online stuff. The more chaff, the better off we all are.1 like
