It’s always a fun time when Michael Boldin is involved!  He joined us for an informative and spirited discussion on the 10th Amendment and decentralization as a solution to the problems plaguing the country.  We examine a range of issues from marijuana legislation to immigration to surveillance to gun control. We also explore how cryptocurrency can be a valuable aid in the fight to break free from the federal government.

Thank you to our sponsors, Vaultoro and Salt Lending for making this episode possible.

About the Guests:

Michael is the founder and executive director of the Tenth Amendment Center. He was raised in Milwaukee, WI, and has lived in Los Angeles, CA since 1995. According to the SPLC’s profile page on him, Michael “is an ideologue who has spent years promoting the idea that states can “nullify” federal legislation they don’t like — the very same argument pushed by defenders of slavery and segregation.”
